Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe


Having a sweet tooth craving? 

Chocolate chia seed pudding is my go to and if there is anyone you should trust about chocolate it's me. PLUS chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients, so you can feel guilt free for having some chocolate. This is a super simple recipe, oh and btw I don't usually put fruit with it I just did it for a pretty picture ha ha, in fact I dumped all the fruit off of this one and only ate the chocolate pudding part! 

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/8 cup honey
1 tbsp of cocoa powder 

Mix it all up and refrigerate for 3-4 hours 


Tastes just like Chia pods if you've ever had those!
