How many times have you gotten a burst of motivation,
"Starting Monday I'm going to make a change"
But on Monday you come up with a list of excuses to justify putting it off again?
"I don't have time"
"I'm too tired"
"I've tried before"
"I don't know what to do"
Trust me girl, I know the end goal seems sooo far away, I've been there!
