Each week there are 5 workouts, but you can also use the at home workouts for quick, no equipment workouts on days you can't make it to the gym.
How long will the workouts take?
Each workout should only take you 30- 45 minutes and some days there are 10-30 minutes of additional cardio.
Do you need a gym membership?
Yes, unless you have a complete at home gym with dumbbells, cable machine, leg press, smith machine, squat rack, etc.
Will the program have modifications for back problems or other injuries?
No, if you have any injuries see a doctor, physical therapist or find a local personal trainer who can teach you how to modify exercises properly.
What type/style of workouts are included?
The workouts will be a combination of weight lifting and high-intensity interval training.
Do you offer a refund?
