Hi-Lyte- When you are in ketosis your body doesn’t retain as much water, so it’s really important to stay hydrated to avoid the Keto Flu. However, I felt like no matter how much water I drank I was still feeling dehydrated. I started using Hi-Lyte which is a liquid electrolyte concentrate that I add to my water each morning. Girl, Wash Your Face: Stop Believing the Lies About Who You Are so You Can Become Who You Were Meant to Be- Girl Wash Your Face is such a good read! After the first chapter I started it over, went out an bought a journal so I could take notes of things I know I’d want to remember. Rachel is so raw and real as she shares the lies she’s told herself that left her feeling stressed and unworthy and exactly how she over came them. I feel like every women can relate to her stories. Girl Wash Your face is a must read.

You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life- You are a Badass is a fun how to guide. Jen’s laid back yet “for real” attitude really made me feel like a badass, like I achieve greatness. If you have been doubting yourself and need a little slap in the face You Are a Badass is a great book

The 5 Second Rule: Transform your Life, Work, and Confidence with Everyday CourageThe 5 Second Rule is a pretty simple concept, but it’s actually really effective and I’m able to implement it on a regular basis to stop thinking about doing things and just do them! I listened to it on audible and I felt like I was friends with Mel Robins but the end of the book.
