9 Best Keto Friendly Snacks You Can Buy

I assume you do fine at this whole eating healthy thing until the afternoon, you’ve already had your lunch that fit perfectly on your Keto diet menu, but that didn’t do the trick, and you will die of starvation without a snack to hold you over until dinner!?

And, NO an avocado or a handful of almonds is not the kind of snack you’re talkin' about. You want a REAL freaking snack that tastes like a treat.

I totally feel your pain, and I got your back. I went on a hunt for the best Keto snacks to buy, because mid-afternoon I was pacing around the kitchen, opening the fridge, checking the pantry over an over as if the perfect sweet Keto snack would eventually appear.

I took one for the team and tried out a bajillion Keto friendly snacks (what a sacrifice) and found the 9 best Keto friendly snacks you can buy.

The first 5 Keto approved snacks stay stocked in my pantry. I can easily incorporate a snack or two into my daily Keto meal plan, completely guilt free. In fact, they help me integrate high-quality fats, vitamins an minerals to my diet.

Number 6-9 are not snacks I keep stocked in my pantry, or incorporate in my daily menu, but are better options you can grab on the go for a quick, enjoyable snack without all the carbs. You can usually find them at gas stations and convenient stores.

For my taste tests, the determining factors were:

  • Ingredients- Natural ingredients, ingredients I can pronounce, the nutritional value of ingredients and preferably Organic, Non-GMO and gluten-free.

  • Macros (net carbs, fats, protein)- Low net carbs, moderate protein and a good source of healthy fats. Perfect for a Keto diet menu #guiltfree

  • Taste (obviously)- I don’t like things that taste artificial, or have a chemical-ish aftertaste. I’ve got a serious sweet tooth, so I tend to go for sweet snacks to satisfy my cravings. And honestly when it comes to snacks less healthy it tastes, the better.

Organic Almond Butter, Soluble Tapioca Fiber, Cacao Butter, Collagen Protein, Organic Cocoa, Almonds, Sunflower Lecithin, Organic Coconut Oil, Sea Salt, Natural Flavors, Stevia

  • No fillers, additives or chemicals.

  • The collagen protein is grass-fed

  • sweetened with stevia

  • Free of dairy, gluten, corn, peanuts, and soy

  • Organic, nutrient-dense ingredients

Macros: 1 Bar = Calories: 230 | Fat: 19g | Net Carbs: 3g | Protein: 10g

These Perfect Keto bars come in first place all day, every day! They taste so good you will feel like you’re cheating, but you can't beat the clean, guilt-free ingredients.

The texture is kinda like some where in between a cookie and fudge...a chocolate fudge cookie. These are defiantly for chocolate lovers and the almonds are a nice addition! If you only try one dessert off this list, try these Perfect Keto Bars. and use code MWM20 for an additional discount.

Almonds, Chicory Root Fiber, Pea Protein Concentrate, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Seeds, Pea Protein Crisps (Pea Protein, Rice Flour), Coconut, Natural Flavors, Water, Chia Seeds, Green Matcha Tea, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Stevia Extract, Mixed Tocopherols (Vitamin E).

  • Gluten-Free

  • Vegan 100% Plant-based

  • Dairy-Free

  • Sweetened with Stevia

Macros: 1 Bar = Calories: 200 | Fat: 15g | Net Carbs: 5g | 9g Protein

I’m not usually a lemon flavor fan. I mean I love homemade lemon bar desserts, but not usually snacks like this. BUT I’m obsessed with this Dang Lemon and matcha bar.

The Lemon has a little zest, and the bar gets bonus points for the earthy caffeine kick from the matcha. It has just enough of a sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth still.

The texture is crumbly, almost cookie-like.

Dang also has a vanilla almond flavor that is also very good, but if I’m being honest, I wasn’t really feeling their Chocolate Sea Salt. It wasn’t bad like I’d eat one again, but of the three is defiantly wasn’t my favorite, which is a surprise because I’m a chocolate freak!

Broccoli, palm oil, salt

I would prefer a different type of oil, but they are:

  • All natural

  • High in vitamins A and C

Macros: 1 Bag = Calories: 220 | Fat: 15g | Net Carbs: 6g | Protein 7g

Well, what I love about Trader Joe’s Crispy Broccoli is it tastes like crispy broccoli lol. If you like munching on chips and love broccoli these are freaking delicious.

You might think I'm weird for suggesting a dried broccoli snack, but you will not be disappointed if you try them I swear!

I’ve linked them here so you can check them out, but don’t buy them online. They are only $2 and some change at Trader Joe’s.

Dark Chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), Soluble Corn Fiber (GMO-free), Almonds, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans.

I don’t love that it contains corn fiber (not entirely sure how good or bad that is for you, it does say GMO-free, so that's good), but I do love:

  • Fair-trade premium cocoa beans

  • Sweetened with monk fruit, no artificial sweeteners

  • All natural

  • non-GMO

  • gluten-free

  • Made proudly in the USA

Macros: 1 Bar = Calories: 120 | Fat: 10g | Net Carbs: 2g | 0g Protein

Tastes like a creamy, melt in your mouth chocolate bar!

I honestly feel like Choc Zero chocolate almond bark can compete against many full-sugar chocolates in a taste test and win.

The only downfall is it’s hard to stop at just one, but if you just need a chocolate fix, this Keto bark is the answer.

Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts, Sea salt

  • Gluten-Free

  • Vegetarian

  • Vegan

  • Dairy-Free

  • Peanut-Free

  • Non-GMO Project Verified

  • No Artificial Sweeteners

Macros: 1 Packet = Calories: 205 | Fat: 21g | Net Carbs: 2g | Protein 2g

My favorite combination is sweet N’ salty and FBomb nut butters are just that, naturally sweet, with the perfect amount of sea salt.

I love the creamy base with a few small chunks of macadamia nuts.

The packets make them ideal for on the go. The Macadamia and Sea salt or Coconut are AH-Mazing! The Salted Chocolate is good, but they do add extra sugar to sweeten the chocolate one so that’s not usually my go to.

Uncured Bacon (Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Celery Powder). Natural Pork

  • No Antibiotics

  • No Growth Stimulants

  • No added nitrates

  • Sugar-Free

  • No artificial Ingredients

Macros: 1 Serving = Calories:120 | Fat: 9g | Net Carbs: 0g | Protein: 8g

These Epic bites are like little pieces of jerky, except these are all natural and much better for you. I eat them in moderation because they are pretty high in protein, but a perfect gas station find when you’re out and about.

Protein Blend (Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate), Butter (Cream), Soluble Corn Fiber, Erythritol, Palm Oil, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Unsweetened Chocolate, Calcium Caseinate, Natural Flavors, Water, Cocoa Butter. Contains less than 2% of the following:  Sunflower Lecithin, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Sodium Caseinate, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract, Steviol Glycosides (Stevia), Peanuts.

I try to avoid whey protein and as you can see the ingredients list starts to sound a little less natural, but on the positive side, they are gluten-free and high in fiber and sometimes a girl just needs a cookie!

Macros: 1 Cookie = 240 Calories | Fat: 16g | Net Carbs: 5g | Protein 15g

I love the texture of Quest cookies. They are soft, chewy and have actual chocolate chips. A lot of the protein cookies I have tried are really thick and taste nothing like a cookie!

I love the double chocolate chip, peanut butter or regular chocolate chip.

Pork, Sea Salt, Chopped Parsley, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavor, Spices, Vinegar, Roasted Garlic. Made With Beef Collagen Casing.

I don’t love the cane sugar, and dried meat just doesn’t seem like something I want to eat on a daily basis, but these are an excellent find for the occasional road trip, most gas stations have them.

I do love:

  • Fresh, never frozen pork

  • No added hormones

  • No added nitrates

  • Gluten-free

Macros: 1 Serving = Calories: 110 | Fat: 9g | Net Carbs: 1g | Protein: 7g

They are so savory especially the Hatch Green Chile flavor, which is infused with natural chile oils.

They certainly have a little kick to them. My husband loves these and the only flavor we have tried that we weren’t a fan of was the hickory, peach BBQ.

Also be sure you check the nutrition label since Duke’s adds flavors using dried vegetables the macros may be different depending on the flavor!

Protein Blend (Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate), Soluble Corn Fiber, Water, Erythritol, Almonds, Palm Kernel Oil, Natural Flavors, Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Sodium Caseinate, Sea Salt, Gum Arabic, Spirulina Extract (Color), Red Cabbage Extract (Color), Turmeric Extract (Color), Radish Extract (Color), Sucralose, Sunflower Lecithin.

Again, I try to avoid whey protein and as you can see the ingredients list starts to sound a little less natural, but you can find Quest Bars at most gas stations, maybe not in this flavor but Quest has a lot of flavors to choose from. The Apple pie comes in a close second.
