Add the chopped pecans, salt, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, sweetener and process until everything is well combined. 

Within a few seconds, a thick brownie batter should form. Then fold in the chocolate chips. 

Now portion the batter into 12 even balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 

I used a restaurant-style butter scoop to scoop my brownie bites, which was the perfect size. 

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and in about 20 minutes you’ll be able to enjoy the perfect no-bake brownie bites.
