These healthy brownie bites come together quickly and require very little prep work.
Add the chopped pecans, salt, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, sweetener and process until everything is well combined.
Within a few seconds, a thick brownie batter should form. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Now portion the batter into 12 even balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
I used a restaurant-style butter scoop to scoop my brownie bites, which was the perfect size.
