Since starting Keto I have been trying to figure out how to make Keto coffee that I really enjoy. I've tried different creamers and sweeteners but was never overly excited about any of the combos.
Then I started looking up Keto friendly Starbucks drinks and fell in love with the Grande iced blonde roast with heavy cream and 2 pumps of skinny mocha sauce, but one, $5 a day adds up fast and two, there are no health benefits to the skinny mocha sauce!

Ketogenic Diet Macros
I have found that most people starting out on Keto don't realize that you should be counting Net Carbs when following a Keto Diet. So when you look at the nutrition label you subtract Fiber from the Total Carbs and that equals Net Carbs.
