Fuel Your Body with Keto Ice Cream
I developed this recipe for two reasons
#1 I have a huge sweet tooth and a Keto ice cream recipe is exactly what I needed today to prevent me from going to cold stone.
#2 I'm on a mission to turn all my food craving weaknesses into a keto friendly recipe that's packed with clean ingredients that fuel my brain and body!

I have found that most people starting out on Keto don't realize that you should be counting Net Carbs when following a Keto Diet. So when you look at the nutrition label you subtract Fiber from the Total Carbs and that equals Net Carbs.

No-Churn Keto Coffee Ice Cream
recipe makes 2 servings
WHATS YOU NEED:
- 1 Scoop Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen
- 2 Avocados
- 13 oz Can of Let's Do...Organic Coconut Cream
- 2 oz of Brewed Coffee ( I used Starbucks iced coffee)
- 3 tablespoons Lakanto MonkFruit Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Watkins Pure Coffee Extract
- Navitas Cacao Nibs For Garnish (optional)
HOW TO DO IT:
- Dice avocados, pour coconut cream evenly into a ice cube tray and leave in the freezer until frozen
- Remove the avocados and coconut cream from the freezer while you get the rest of your ingredients together to allow them to thaw a little bit
- Now add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend into a smooth ice cream consistency
