The Best Keto Dry Rub- Sweet Heat BBQ

This weekend we were planning on smoking baby back ribs, but finding a Keto bbq sauce is a challenge.

Does sugar free BBQ sauce even exist?

Josh (my husband) ended up making a homemade dry rub for ribs and it was so good we ended up using it to season up some Keto pork chops the next day too.

I’m more of a sweet, Josh is more of a savory and this easy dry rub was the perfect combination.

To make a sweet dry rub you usually use brown sugar, but those net carbs can really add up.

Sweet Heat BBQ Keto Dry Rub

What You'll Need

  • 1/4 cup Golden Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon Pink Himalyian Salt
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoons cayenne
  • 1 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Do It

  1. Combine all ingredients #thatwaseasy
